Kingman's Cove

Kingman's Cove is a small settlement located on the south side of Fermeuse harbour. It is situated approximately 1.5 kilometers from Fermeuse via a paved roadway. Presently Kingman's Cove has a population of 27 people. In the past, Kingman's Cove was a striving fishing village, but much like many other small communities in Newfoundland, it has seen a dramatic decline in population because of the 1992 Government imposed Cod Moratorium.
